Job Description:

This is an intermediate-level consulting position requiring independent operation with some guidance. The role involves delivering high-quality work products to project teams and customers, ensuring compliance with Oracle methodologies. Responsibilities include providing functional and technical solutions for moderately complex customer engagements. The consultant is expected to execute tasks with independent judgment, following defined policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules.

At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences as a Functional Consultant.

Strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.

Hands-on experience in at least two or more of the following modules:

Fusion Time and Labor

Fusion Compensation & Benefits

Fusion Payroll

Fusion Absences

Fusion Securities

Fusion Core HR

Fusion Talent Modules

Recruit & Learn

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in AIM/OUM methodologies and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Work independently with limited guidance to provide functional consulting for Oracle Fusion HCM.

Deliver quality work products in line with Oracle’s best practices.

Implement Oracle products and technologies as per client requirements.

Provide functional and technical solutions for moderately complex customer projects.

Build rapport with team members and clients while effectively communicating project updates.

Travel as required.
